FOR MOST OF MY LIFE, I STRUGGLED WITH BODY IMAGE, POOR EATING HABITS AND A SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE.
My energy was always focused on others, leaving little time for myself. Eventually, I began feeling the side effects of these habits and faced the risk of serious health issues.
That’s when I decided to take control. I embraced the power of nurturing my body, mindfully developing habits that brought joy and energy back into my life, and true metamorphosis happened. My love for food transformed—I found magic in creating meals that not only nourish me but give me the energy to enjoy outdoor activities I never thought possible.
Through this journey, I learned the futility of restrictive eating and discovered the power of good nutrition. Food became something to celebrate, not fear.
